Ravens Tailgate This Sunday!
The IA fantasy football crew is doing a tailgate for the Ravens v Raiders game this Sunday and wanted to invite the community! Tailgate starts at 11am, Lot H, Spot 207. Some people are staying for the game at 1pm and some are coming back to watch the game on TV in the Federal Hill neighborhood.

Run Club Cancelled
Since numbers have fallen off for our Tuesday 7am run club, we have decided to discontinue. If you are interested in run training or racing, reach out to Jaclyn with questions or to get set up on a program!

September 28th & 29th
We are excited to host a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer seminar at CFH the weekend of September 28th. IA members will have access to classes at Nevermore and Clipper City CrossFit.

Nevermore Schedule:
Saturday 7:30am CF class
Saturday 9:30am HYROX
Sunday 8:30am HYROX
Open Gym: 10:30am - 7pm Saturday and Sunday

Clipper City Schedule:
Saturday 9am CF class
Sunday 9am CF class
