Summer Saturdays are BACK!
Back by popular demand! We picked out 2 Saturdays this summer for the community to come together 4:30 - 6:30pm for a late workout and hang out after. BYO beverages and yard games 😉 
The first Summer Saturday will be a 4th of July themed workout on Saturday, July 6th!
Summer Saturday Part II will be August 3rd same time (4:30-6:30pm)

Save The Date For SUP!
On Sunday, July 21st at 8:30am, we are having a CFH SUP outing hosted by B’More SUP. They have offered to host us on a paddle and play day at their Sue Creek location at the discounted rate of $40 per person (normally $60 per person). Use this link to register!
