Start your Labor Day celebrations with a workout!
On Monday, September 2nd, we will have classes at 8:30 and 9:30am only.

Revolution Games
This Saturday, 8/24, come cheer on our IA team at The Revolution Games! This CrossFit competition will take place at Old Line CrossFit 301 Najoles Road, Suite 202 in Millersville, MD 21108. Good luck Hayley, Joey and Noah!
