Friday Night Lights!
Big thanks to all who participated in last week’s first Open workout and Friday Night Lights! This Friday, we will test our 2nd Open workout and draw the name of the winner from the last week’s raffle. Remember, you get a raffle ticket for doing the workout at Friday Night Lights and you get an additional ticket for each time you judge a fellow athlete.
Last reminder, submit your scores on your competition dashboard at https://games.crossfit.com/open/overview before 5pm on the Monday following each workout.

It has been really fun to check out everyone’s comments on Friday’s Open workout. Go back and have a laugh but also, give a fistbump to your gym fam making huge progress this year!

Reminder, Cold Plunge Open To All During Friday Night Lights.

Pack your trunks and a towel! During Friday Night Lights we are opening up the cold plunge for use from 5:30pm through the end of Friday Night Lights. Grab a quick plunge to help you recover and stay energized for the next 3 weeks!
Here is a little more info on the benefits of cold exposure. 

More Open Gym Times Added in March.

We appreciate your support! We will be adding some extra Open Gym hours (12pm to 2pm) on the Saturdays listed below. You can use this time to get your open workouts done, to retry an open workout, or just spend more time working on skills on your own in the gym.
